7. Returns & Refunds

Gyon Gallery complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• Faulty/Defective Goods: You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• Change-of-Mind: If accepted (at our discretion), requests must be lodged within 30 days, with items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
• Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds). Customers are responsible for return postage and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the item you purchased does not fit, Gyon Gallery is not responsible for incorrect size selection. Returns for sizing issues may be accepted at our discretion and will be issued as store credit only.
• Final sale items, custom or made-to-order pieces, and gift cards are not eligible unless faulty under the ACL.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links. These are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

9. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Gyon Gallery a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, edit, and share that content. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
