Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Any exceptions (e.g. pre-order or custom items) will be clearly noted in the product description.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: We ship Australia-wide via tracked delivery services (AUSPOST). Delivery times vary by location but are typically 2–8 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: International orders are shipped via tracked courier. Delivery times vary by country.
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, or events beyond our control. Gyon Gallery is not liable for delays once your order has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist where possible.
