Gyon Gallery – Refund & Returns Policy

Our Commitment

Gyon Gallery follows the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.

Faulty items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at admin@gyongallery.com within a reasonable time. Please include your order number and photos. Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund (including shipping costs where required by law).

Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for cash refunds.
  • If accepted, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item you purchased does not fit, Gyon Gallery is not responsible for incorrect size selection. Returns for sizing issues may be accepted at our discretion and will be issued as store credit only.
  • Items marked final sale, custom-made, or gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty under the ACL.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at admin@gyongallery.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Alternatively use out "CONTACT US" form.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Use tracked postage — Gyon Gallery is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Processing Your Refund or Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, store credit will be issued or a refund processed (for faulty items only) within 5–7 business days.
